Introducing the “Live Action Advanced” project type, where you can enjoy all the benefits of the “Live Action Easy” mode while gaining greater control over your project. This enhanced mode empowers you to fine-tune the processing of your video and customize how the CG characters replace the actors. Take charge of your project and unlock a new level of creative possibilities with the “Live Action Advanced” mode.

Rendering

Live Action project type uses a path tracing render engine. Review the Shading section of the Character Setup documentation for information on how to prepare your character's shaders for this project type.

To achieve the best results, we recommend working with single-shot clips, as the options available in Live Action Advanced are set for the entire sequence.
