Missing or unsupported texture files detected! Please provide all texture files used by the character in the supported file formats.

This message indicates when the character's shaders have registered textures that are not provided with the character or are of an unsupported file format. Please visit the Character Requirements page for information on supported image file formats.

Blender

1. The texture isn't in the correct format. Please visit the Character Requirementspage for information on supported fomrats.

To fix this, please convert your textures to a supported format, load them again in the material and refresh validation.

2. Texture can't be found on the disk.

If the texture in question can't be found on disk, it probably means it was moved or deleted accidentally by the user. To fix this, find the missing texture, load it again, then manually refresh the validation.

Maya

This validation step can fail for several reasons:

1. The texture isn't in the correct format. Please visit the Character Requirementspage for information on supported fomrats.

If this error appear, it probably means that the texture mentioned is found but it is not in a supported format.

To fix this, please convert your textures to a supported format, load them again in the material and refresh validation.

2. Texture can't be found on the disk.
